Our Service offering goes far beyond providing HVAC, equipment, and mechanical service for breakdowns on a 24 hour/7 day emergency basis. Specializing in heavy industrial, plus large and small commercial needs, we provide a broad range of services customized to assure system dependability and efficiency. BMS is a Donaldson/Torrit factory authorized Service Center, a distributor for reliable Elliot brand products, and a service provider with trained/certified technicians for KKT Kraus equipment.
We have established regional service centers to provide the best possible service to our clients in the southeast. These regional centers have service personnel dedicated to meeting the service needs for that area and if needed, any area where our equipment or systems are located. We routinely respond to an emergency need within hours to most locations. Non-Emergency service calls average response time is within 24 hours. BMS is also one of the few HVAC Service providers that can rapidly respond to ‘mission critical’ needs of our clients overseas.
We understand the complex nature of your equipment and have 24 hour Emergency Service Hotlines. Our professional staffs include full-time Technical Support, Parts Representatives, Service Coordinators, and experienced Service Technicians, many with 20-plus years of service with our company. Our Technicians also perform preventive & predictive maintenance, Calibrations, Retrofits and repairs. This allows us to provide a truly unique “one-stop” service solution.
