Procurement

procurement.jpgProcurement at the project level is recognized to be one of several processes within the framework of project management and for us, includes the acquisition of goods and services outside of Bahnson Mechanical Systems.

Toward that end, we are committed to providing quality products and services to our clients including those we procure, while ensuring we maintain strong supplier relationships.

Consistent with our core values, we subscribe to the highest professional standards in procurement integrity and ethical practices. We conduct procurements in a fair and reasonable manner, encouraging participation for all business sizes.

We are committed to providing opportunity for participation to small, small disadvantaged and women-owned small businesses on our government and non-government contracts. Our record in subcontracting and teaming with these businesses reflects our company's efforts to aid in their development and participation in our projects.  We are keenly aware of our obligation to benefit the communities in which we work through the utilization of local suppliers where possible.

Our procurement processes; i.e. procurement planning, solicitation planning, source selection, solicitation, administration, and closeout, are conducted, in accordance with client requirements, internal procurement policies and guidelines, and our quality assurance programs (as applicable).

As a contractor who participates in Federal projects, our procurement practices comply with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FARs), Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), and various state and local government regulations.
