Our procurement processes; i.e. procurement planning, solicitation planning, source selection, solicitation, administration, and closeout, are conducted, in accordance with client requirements, internal procurement policies and guidelines, and our quality assurance programs (as applicable).
As a contractor who participates in Federal projects, our procurement practices comply with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FARs), Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), and various state and local government regulations.
